Ingredients

1 cup Heavy whipping cream
2 to 4tablespoons Sugar
1teaspoon Rose water or Vanilla extract
2 cups mixed fruits like Banana, Apples, Grapes, Pomegranates, Pineapple slices, Mango, Strawberries, Papaya, Orange, etc.
1tablespoon of finely chopped Almonds
1tablespoon of finely chopped Cashew nuts
Rose syrup for decoration (not mandatory)

Instructions

Step 1

Take heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Beat it with the help of an electric beater or by spoon for 1 minute. Do not overbeat.

Step 2

Now add 2-4 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of Rose water or Vanilla extract to the cream. Beat it again till sugar mix into it. Now put the bowl in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Now chop the fruits in slices, add chopped fruits and nuts into the whipped cream and mix well. Now serve it by adding rose syrup on the top.
